Devashri Salvi, MPH
Monitoring and Evaluation Lead, NCDI Poverty Network and Center for Integration Science in Global Health Equity at Brigham and Women’s Hospital
Devashri Salvi, MPH, is the Monitoring and Evaluation Lead at the Center for Integration Science in Global Health Equity at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. A physical therapist by training, she holds an MPH with a specialization in environmental health and the design and conduct of public health research from Boston University. She also completed certificate programs in nonprofit leadership and management in 2020 as well as practical quality improvement in 2021.
Since 2011, Salvi has worked in India, Zambia, Kenya, and the United States on research related to noncommunicable diseases. After spending five years in India conducting lung health and air quality related research, she moved to Boston, Massachusetts. Before joining the Center for Integration Science, she served as the Director of Program Monitoring and Evaluation at a Boston-based anti-poverty nonprofit, where she designed the monitoring and evaluation strategy for 11 social programs while serving as a consultant for more than 110 partner organizations.
At the Center for Integration Science, Salvi leads and supports monitoring and evaluation activities aimed at scaling up service delivery within the NCDI Poverty Network. She also works to establish and execute the near and long‐term strategy to grow the monitoring and evaluation capacity at the local catchment, national, and regional levels within the PEN-Plus program.
